What to Do Before Your Wax
The pre-wax process is just as important as after-care to ensure a seamless, easy experience. There are a few key steps to follow before you get waxed:

Make sure you're hairy enough. You want it about the length of a grain of rice. Any longer then an inch will need to be trimmed +$15.

Moisturize and exfoliate beforehand. To get the smoothest and long-lasting results, the skin and hair should be healthy and moisture-rich. The best way to prepare is to not shave, and, to manually (no chemicals) exfoliate and moisturize at minimum the day before your wax.

If you have a low pain threshold to waxing, take a painkiller/ have some wine!
IB Profen after your appointment can help with any inflammation.
Avoid caffeine a few hours before your wax. Caffeine can trigger even more nerves and increase your heart rate.

Make sure to exfoliate and hydrate your skin in between treatments to avoid ingrown hairs.
